What are the hours of operation?
Kid E Nation is open fro 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday. We do offer extended care until 7:00pm for those who sign up for extended care. Additional tuition fee is required for this service.
What are the ages served?
We except children ages six weeks to twelve years old.
What type of programs do you offer?
We offer many different programs to fit your family’s needs. There are part time options with flexible days and hours for children one and up. Full time options for all ages. Mom’s morning out for ages two and up and Private Pre-school for ages three to five. We also offer Private Kindergarten and morning VPK.
What is included with registration fee and Tuition?
The registration fee ensures your child’s spot at our center. With the weekly or monthly tuition cost, your child will receive our complete preschool curriculum, all supplies needed, healthy, home cooked meals (we serve organic foods and only milk and water), hypo-allergenic and paraben free wipes.
Do you serve meals?
Yes, Kid E Nation provides all healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks at no additional cost to you. Please see our menu section for our updated menu.
Do you provide transportation for before and after school care?
Yes, we provide morning drop off for Geneva, Lawton, Walker, and Evans Elementary and afternoon pick up for Geneva, Lawton, Walker, Stenstrom, Carillon, Rainbow, Evans and Choices in Learning Elementary Schools. All snacks and transportation is included in our weekly tuition.
Do you provide Summer Camp and what ages are considered for Summer Camp?
Yes, we do provide Summer Camp for ages five years and up. To be eligible for our Camp, children must be Pre-K or VPK graduates going into Kindergarten or already in Elementary School.
Are outdoor activities provided?
Kid E Nation has three outdoor areas for our different age groups. Outdoor activities are available several times per day and scheduled to create balance within our curriculum. Our Teachers provide outdoor activities that tie into our monthly themes, science and nature experiences, and gross motor skill development.
What do parents need to provide?
We ask that parents provide each child a fitted crib sheet and blanket, two to three changes of clothes, Diapers, pull-ups or underwear and anything else your child may need like diaper rash cream. We do provide wipes, sunscreen and organic, non-toxic, deet free bug repellent.
What training do your teachers have and are they background screened?
Our teachers are required to have and adhere to all Department of Children and Families rules and regulations for all background screening and training requirements. All teachers in a Lead position have a degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or their CDA. Our teachers are also required to continue their educational journey with in-service training, conferences, First Aid and CPR, seminars and meetings that help enhance their child development and classroom management skills.
How do I start the enrollment process?
We are glad you are interested in enrolling your child here at Kid E Nation! To start this process you will need to fill out all required enrollment forms, provide a current copy of your child’s shot and physical forms, shot exemption form (if using) and have your registration fee ready. Please remember that our enrollment forms are also available here on our website, however, we do recommend coming by the facility for a tour prior to enrollment.
